Deal intelligence, not a guarantee
Collab Deal OS provides structured estimates, comparisons, and AI-assisted explanations. Results are decision support, not a guarantee of market price, campaign performance, legal outcome, or acceptance by another party.
Accurate information
Users must provide accurate account, profile, social metric, campaign, offer, and collaboration rights information. Creator-declared metrics remain visibly labeled until verified through an authorized official source.
Structured deal actions
The service records offers and revisions as structured versions. Acceptance in the product records a deal decision but does not replace legal review or any separate written agreement required by the parties.
Feature access and evaluation limits
Evaluation limits and feature entitlements are enforced server-side. Collab Deal OS currently operates without financial billing or payment processing.
Acceptable use
Users may not submit unlawful content, misrepresent identity or metrics, probe other accounts, bypass usage limits, scrape restricted platforms, or attempt to extract provider credentials.
Launch review
These initial terms require review with the operating entity, jurisdiction, support contact, and dispute terms before public production launch.
